Fabrics & Trims Sourcing
Our sourcing department collaborates with a network of local suppliers to provide you with a variety of fabrics, trims, notions, buttons, and zippers for your designs. Additionally, custom fabrications, dyes, trims, and notions are available.
Sampling
It typically takes two to three weeks for our dedicated sampling lines and highly experienced workforce to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples.
QC of Samples
After your samples are prepared, our product development team will inspect them for consistency and determine whether they are ready to ship.
Clothing Labels, Hang Tags & Packaging
At Triksy Star, you can customize your clothing labels, tags, packaging, and garment accessories to further elevate your designs.
Brand Labels
- Woven, Printed Labels: 2000 pieces
- Size Labels: 500 pieces per size (minimum of 4 sizes)
- Wash Care Labels: 1000 pieces
Hang Tags
Tags: 2000 pieces (Various paper weights and finishes available)
Packaging
- Poly Packaging Bags: 5000 pieces
- Non-Woven Shipping Bags: 1000 pieces
- Poly Mailers: 5000 pieces
- Boxes: 1000 pieces per size per colour
